Non-salaried students enrolled in PhD (non-salaried PhD students)
Students enrolled in doctoral programs (non-salaried doctoral students) may, as part of the training and development programs included in the institution's development plans, benefit from short-term internships within the limits of the budgetary appropriations available within the institution. PhD students selected by the scientific councils must fulfill the following conditions:
- To be enrolled in a doctorate in accordance with the regulations.
- Justify a research topic signed by the supervisor with a precise schedule of scientific work.
- Justify the original letter of welcome from an academic institution or research abroad with high scientific and technological capabilities.
The application for a short-term fellowship must be submitted to the faculty level.
The folder contains:
- An application for a short-term internship (nominative, signed) specifying the itinerary (air travel) according to model.
- The original letter of welcome from an institution with university training or research abroad with high scientific and technological capacities (it will be returned later to its beneficiary)
- Attestation of PhD enrollment for the current academic year.
- Justification of a research topic targeted by the supervisor.
- A certificate of unemployment (declaration on honor) legalized at the APC.
